1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, content and activities on the fancywin platform ("Platform"). "User" or "Member" refers to anyone who has registered with fancywin or is using its services. "Platform" refers to fancywin's website, mobile application and all associated digital channels.

"Deposit" means adding funds to a member's account, "Withdrawal" means taking funds out of a member's account, and "Bonus" means additional credits granted by fancywin subject to specific conditions.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your fancywin account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately and change your password.

3.2 Account Transfer

A fancywin account is strictly personal. Selling, renting, transferring or otherwise allowing a third party to use the account in any way is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a server error, network outage or any other technical issue, fancywin will review the technical logs and take appropriate action.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

fancywin currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Members must use a payment account registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, accounts that are in the verification stage may take additional time.

4.3 Source of Funds

Members must confirm that the source of deposited funds is entirely lawful. In the case of suspicious transactions, fancywin may request the necessary information for verification and temporarily hold the transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and wagering of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements. Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Wagering is counted only through bets placed on eligible games — whether a game qualifies is stated in the detailed description of each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or an attempt to obtain bonus benefits through multiple accounts is detected, the relevant accounts and bonuses will be cancelled. fancywin reserves the right to review any unusual betting patterns.

• Bonuses may only be used in the member's own account.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active unless the specific policy states otherwise.
• When a bonus expires, any unused bonus credits are cancelled.
• Separate terms apply to weekly reload rewards and other promotions.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Settlement

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game or match result needs to be corrected while a bet is in progress, fancywin may declare that bet void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs in a game due to a technical error, fancywin will verify the logs before making a decision. fancywin reserves the right to reclaim winnings paid out as a result of an error.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Limits

Members may set deposit limits, betting limits or self-exclusion periods on their account. This facility is entirely voluntary and can be activated through the support team.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fancywin platform:

• Depositing or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Playing games with the help of bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Attempting to find or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Participating in fraudulent activities against other members.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by fancywin

fancywin may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity or suspected fraud. Withdrawals may be held during an investigation.

8.2 Closure by Member

A member who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

Services provided through the fancywin platform are offered on an "as is" basis. fancywin is not directly liable for losses caused by technical errors, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond its control.

Betting and gaming activities are conducted entirely at the member's own discretion. fancywin does not guarantee game outcomes and makes no guarantee of winnings of any kind.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
